Festival Heaven Are Able To Offer Free Returns To UK Customers. For Orders Outside The UK Buyers Must Cover Any Return Postage Costs Unless The Item Is Defective, Damaged or Not As Described.

Unhappy with something?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and let us know if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right. Please give us the opportunity to rectify before leaving a negative review.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns

You have 21 days from the day you receive your order to send something back. Items returned out with this period will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery or for swimwear and lingerie if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Once your return is approved we will email you a free returns label which you must print off and attach to your parcel. The parcel must be handed over the counter at your local Evri drop off point. To find your closest one check here - https://www.evri.com/find-a-parcelshop

We process returns the day they are received and issue refunds straight away.

When your refund is issued the funds will take a few days to credit your card.
